About Tsitsikamma Manor
Nestled snugly in the foothills of the Tsitsikamma mountain range you will find a little haven for jaded travellers called Tsitsikamma Manor. This four-star graded Bed and Breakfast establishment offers guests a memorable experience in comfortable surroundings – with the emphasis on excellent service and southern style hospitality.
The seven spacious guest rooms are stylishly yet comfortably furnished, with a range of guest amenities and fixtures to ensure a pleasant stay. Breath-taking views of the mountain peak can be viewed from some of our rooms.
The communal areas on the property include two indoor lounges which are comfortably furnished and decorated to create a tranquil, relaxed atmosphere, and the outdoor entertainment area on the deck. There is also an outdoor fire pit around which guests can gather to do a spot of star gazing in the southern skies - away from the bright lights of the city. The sparkling swimming pool in the garden is the ideal place to lie back on a lounger and enjoy the Tsitsikamma sunshine.
Breakfasts are served in our light and airy dining room from 07:00 until 10:00 every day. Guests can enjoy our hearty, home cooked meals, created with local ingredients and lots of love. If you need help planning your day, our highly motivated staff will be only too pleased to assist you. They will also make reservations at restaurants in the village for your evening meal.
Storms River Village is a historical area of special interest and attractions. A range of action activities makes the Tsitsikamma region one of the most popular areas to visit. Whether it is bungee jumping off the Bloukrans Bridge, sliding through one of the most pristine forest on the coast, river rafting down the turbulent Storms River or enjoying a guided drive along the old woodcutter’s path, you are sure to find something of interest for all age groups, which will make your trip to Storms River an even more unforgettable experience.
For those who prefer a more relaxing day, soaking up some sunshine while relaxing on the comfortable loungers beside the swimming pool is an option. Another “must do” here is to enjoy a sundowner (or two!) on the spacious deck of our outdoor entertainment area.
