“Bok Rugby 7’s Team visits Stormsriver Village”
There was great excitement last Saturday with the 7’s Springboks arriving in Stormsriver Village for an informal community coaching session.

Sixty delighted youngsters from Coldstream, Stormsriver, Mandela Park and Woodlands met their heroes and were introduced to 7’s Rugby!

Samuel Sikiewe of Tsitsikamma SANParks facilitated the event which was co-sponsored by Stormsriver Adventures. A special thanks to Samuel who arranged accommodation in Tsitsikamma National Park for the 7’s team.

Ashley Wentworth, CEO of Stormsriver Adventures stated: ‘What a wonderful experience for our youngsters to rub shoulders with the players’. A special thanks to Norman Nelson, Baldwin McBean, Warren Malgas, Ricardo Pietersen, Walla Schoeman and Mzo Mzantsi for giving up their off weekend to coach our community.

The Bok 7’s were rewarded with a exhilarating ‘Canopy Tour’ and a Bungi jump on the Sunday, compliments of Stormsriver Adventures and Face Adrenalin!
